Summary

Description
English: A picture of mokshan author (journal editor and prose writer) Nikita Shestov. The image was combined from pages No. 14-15 (or page No. 16-17 according to numbering started from the beginning) of the Issue 6, 1933 of the Moksha-language magazine Kolkhozon eryaf (an old name for the Moksha magazine). This image was printed in two parts on those adjacent pages, here they are combined into a single one. The picture was made by anonymous illustrator(s).

Взято со страниц 14-15 (или страниц 16-17 если нумеровать с самого начала — с передней обложки) 6-го № 1933 г. мокшанского журнала Колхозонь эряф (старое название журнала Мокша). Это изображение было напечатано двумя частями на тех двух соседних страницах, здесь они объединены в одно целое. Автор иллюстрации неизвестен, не подписан в журнале.

This work is an information report (including photo report), which was created by an employee of TASS, ROSTA, or KarelfinTAG as part of that person’s official duties between July 10, 1925[3] and January 1, 1954, provided that it was first released in the stated period or was not released until August 3, 1993.
[1] If the author of this work was subjected to repression and rehabilitated posthumously, copyright term is counted from January 1 of the year following the year of rehabilitation.
If the work was first published after the death (posthumous rehabilitation) of the author, copyright term is counted from January 1 of the year following the year of publication, provided that the work was published within 50 years after the death of the author who died (and was not posthumously rehabilitated) before January 1, 1943, or within 70 years after the death (posthumous rehabilitation) of the author who died (rehabilitated posthumously) between January 1, 1943 years before January 1, 1954.

This picture was made as a magazine page illustration by an anonymous photographer(s), and published in 1933. According to Russian Federation laws which were enacted on the URAA date the copyright expiration term for anonymous works was 50 years, and the 50-year term calculated from publication date (1933) — definitely expired before the URAA date of 1/1/1996.
