Koʻz yoshlarim bukun tagʻin oqadimi?
Qizil gulim boshqalargʻa kular-da.

Qizil gulim, borligʻimning sultoni!
Jonim, sening xayolingda kuchaydi.
Yuragimning eng qimmatli armoni,
Nechuk menga marhamating ozaydi?
Ikki koʻzim, malak yuzim, sevdigim,
Jonlar sening yuzginangdan aylansun.
Qizil gulim, qora koʻzim, tilagim,
Dunyo sening boqishingdan oʻrgulsun.

Yovuz yorim, yuzingga hech boqolmam,
Koʻngil dardin oyogʻinggʻa toʻkolmam.
Tuproq kabi yiqilmisham yoʻlingda deya olmam.
Istar esang menga kelib gapurma, yonimda hech oʻturma.
Yolgʻuz yigʻlab uzoqdan turgʻanimni
Koʻrganingda, marhamat et, bir oz kul!
