Mahalladan, mahalladan va atrofdan menga, birgina menga har vaqt matbuot, maorif, sanoye’-nafisa va boshqa hisobsiz, sonsiz mas’alalarda murojaatnomalar, xatlar kelib turadir. Faqat men, bir men bu xususda turluk rasmiy va g‘ayrirasmiy bordi-keldilarni bilmaganligim uchun ko‘plariga ahamiyatsiz boqmoqqa majbur bo‘laman. Nima qilmoq kerak?… Xayr…
