- Pranams at the lotus feet of our Revered Guruvaryas
- In January 2014 H.H.Samyamindra Thirtha Swamiji expressed His desire to bring a Tamil-Konkani Vocabulary for the use of our people in Tamil Nadu.
- As a result, we tried to contact different people. A family from Coimbatore volunteered to work on the lines. This book is produced as a result, with a few persons contributing to the project
- This Vocabulary should further grow as a Word Bank
- All Konkani speakers in Tamil Nadu may find this useful
- Although this is named as Tamil-Konkani Vocabulary, English equivalent meaning has been provided additionally to help out the readers understand the word better
- We thank each and everyone who has helped us to compile such a pioneering work
- Our thanks to World Konkani Centre for allowing us to use their 'Language Lab' over the course of a two days 'Compilation Workshop' conducted in November 2 Mangalore
- No copyright has been retained, and this is an Open Source Document
- We sincerely hope this will pave the way for further books of similar nature, imparting better lessons to interested readers
We remain in the service of Konkani
